Ingredients:
- 6 chicken legs (drumsticks)
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (from about 1 lemon)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)
- ½ tsp dried oregano (or thyme)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.

- In a bowl, mix olive oil (or melted butter), lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, and minced garlic.
