Keto Chocolate
Cheesecake Pancakes
1 egg
1 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Stevia (or any other keto sweetener)
For Cream Cheese Topping:
1 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp Stevia (may use more depending on your taste)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients for the pancakes in a small bowl. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Pour half batter into the pan. Cook a minute or so on each side. Repeat with remaining batter.
For topping mix the cream cheese and sweetener together. Spread on pancakes and enjoy!
I sometimes add a little sugar free, keto approved syrup to the top of my pancakes. My favorite is Glazed Donut Skinny Syrup! Also great in coffee! 😋
